Do I need an office?

Yes I do need an office and/or public area to work with at least one other employee on premises. I am unable to work from a private residence.

What do I need to provide?

I need a place to work (a desk and chair preferably), electricity and internet.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, I take cash, check, credit cards and Paypal. If paid by cash or check, I offer a 3% discount.

What if I’m not happy with the work?

The best part about on-site work, is that you will be seeing the artwork take shape in front of you so that you may interject before too much time is being wasted going in the wrong direction. This should remove the risk of disappointment from the equation entirely, however, if you are not happy with me or the work I produce, I don’t expect to stay and I don’t expect to get paid for any work that I do not produce.  On the flip side, I do expect to get paid for the work that I do produce and have it pre-schedule to have you check my work regularly so that I know you are happy with it. I have never been asked to leave, but if this happens I expect to get paid for time only my time incurred. Of course, if you are not happy with the design or how things are going, please inform me immediately, so we don’t waste either of our time, money and resources.

Is there anything you don’t do?

Yes, especially if it’s dishonest and/or illegal. I also do not work on adult content projects and reserve the right to decline offers to do work containing material that is against my personal beliefs and/or religion.

Also, I currently do not do videography or illustrations. (Some logos require some illustration, this may either take too much time or I simply to not have the skill level or tools to do this. Please make sure to tell me ahead of time if you want a specific piece of artwork drawn up ahead of time so I can come prepared and we take the extra cost and time into consideration.)

Even though I can do some photography, I am not a professional. Depending on the quality needed, hiring a professional photographer may be the best option.

Do you have to come on-site?

No. But it is preferred. I truly feel that clients get a better value by cutting out the necessary back and forth communication time where a lot of miscommunication can happen. Plus, I love working directly with clients, bringing the almost extinct face-to-face interaction back into an industry.
